I bought a new Lennox Model Winslow (6611hx6763) October of 2011. I purchased 4 tons of Eureka Elite Pellets in September. Been using them all winter. The Good is, heat is very good and low ash. The bad, seems to be very dirty. Alot of build up in cup; every 3 days have to clean cup or it starts burning bad. The Worst, found nail by getting caught in auger and had to have service call to repair stove.

Please Keep In Mind the Following;
1. Include the make and or model of stove.
2. Over exaggerated and over the top comments will be deleted.
3. Try to be as objective as possible along with considering the fact that you may not have cleaned your stove in years.
4. If you do not practice, at least, monthly cleaning then please don't bother leaving any feedback. Your comments are worthless.
