We had this unit and it leaked. Cosy Warm Fireplace in Holland, Mi installed it incorrectly. Mark Grahm was very helpful-- but did not help us remedy the situation until over 18 months into the problem. I can not recommend this unit. Read reviews of Cosy Warm Fireplace Holland, Mi and you will understand.

Please Keep In Mind the Following;

1. Include the make and or model of stove.
2. Over exaggerated and over the top comments will be deleted.
3. Try to be as objective as possible along with considering the fact that you may not have cleaned your stove in years.
4. If you do not practice, at least, monthly cleaning then please don't bother leaving any feedback. Your comments are worthless.
