  Heat output is good, price is good, BUT ash production is at least 25% more than WarmFront pellets. Means I have to clean the stove more frequesntly. I'm willing ot pay mor efor less ash.

  I am new at this but I am learning quickly.
  My dealer sold me the Geneva pellets and I ran out after
  6 weeks . Went to bye a ton and they were out of them.
  I both a ton of NE pellets and there is no comparison to the
  Performance of Geneva's .
  I just talked to the sales rep from Geneva and I hope to pickup
  A ton up tomorrow
  Here is what I found to be different.
  NE pellets had a load of ash
  My fire pot is caked with ash ( I think it is ash) after 1 bag.
  Low heat output . Hard starting because of the ash and moisture content
  Have to use 3 bags versus 2 bags of Geneva's to keep the heat up

  I have an England Stove Works model 25-EPI. I love the Geneva pellets. My husband and I just bought 2 tons. The heat is hot, less ash than alot other brands, and hardly any black soot on the window. This is a great pellet that is reasonably priced.

  This past summer I purchased three tons of these (Geneva Pellets). I am sorry to report that I am very disappointed with them. Each bag is filled with pellets that look like a Mack truck ran over them before thay were loaded into the bags. The pellets are short little pieces of very proous wood pieces surrounded by a lot of fine dust. They say they are low ash, but it doesn't seem so to me. Also, very often the auger seem to grind a bit with all of the dust going through it. I have a Harman Accentra and these are the first pellets that caused any kind of problem for me or the stove. I would not recommend that anyone buy them in large quantities until they at least looked inside a bag to see what they are getting. good luck.

  I really like this pellet nice uniformed size pellets..all around 1" in size...nice low ash and LOTS of heat..I burn these in my Thelin Parlour without any issues..I will buy these again and again

  Too an educated guess on these. Ordered my usual 3 ton. Opened a bag upon delivery and was pleasantly surprised by the smell . Clean wood no bark or other garbage I've found with other brands. I'm currently burning my first bag and they seem to be top quality. We shall see come Jan.4 stars presently. Using an Enviro entry level stove .8 th season. So far I've burned New England (3 years) , Lignetics (3 years) , and some ashy brand from Georgia that slips my mind. These seem the best.
