I am very disappointed with the quality of the Heatr's Pellets this year. I have a brand new Englander stove. I have been heating with pellets for six or seven years. The pellets this year are very dusty. The pellets won't feed right and I am breathing in the dust that flys up when I put pellets in the stove. This is especially bothersome to me since I am a cancer patient going through chemotherapy right now and I don't think the dust is very good for me. One of the reasons I like a pellet stove is because of the clean burn.

Please Keep In Mind the Following;
1. Include the make and or model of stove.
2. Over exaggerated and over the top comments will be deleted.
3. Try to be as objective as possible along with considering the fact that you may not have cleaned your stove in years.
4. If you do not practice, at least, monthly cleaning then please don't bother leaving any feedback. Your comments are worthless.
