Overall I really like this pellet. I purchased March 24, 2011 from Lowes in Epping NH. This log of pellets were very dense and burned well for me. I did a once a year full cleaning of the stove the day prior which is always a help.
pros: Dense pellet, burned Hot, had low ash
cons: The fines were a bit high, Price was high at $5 / bag which is high for Lowes and Homedepot

I just purchased a ton of these, they are so much better than the Nation's Choice that I got at the beginning of winter. They burn cleaners and hotter. I have an Englander Stove, before I was running it at 5/5 or higher and my temperature was around 65-68 degrees. With these pellets I dropped the feed down to 1 and keep fan between 1-6 and the house is staying around 72 degrees.

I thought these pellets were very good as well. I use an Englander 55-shp10. I got my pellets from HD for $199/t in Nov'10. I wish I had bought 4 ton but only bought 1. I then got Turmans which were't nearly as good this year as last year. The Turmans had VERY high ash this year. Had to clean my stove once a week! I usually clean it every six weeks with a low ash pellet.

1. Include the make and or model of stove.
2. Over exaggerated and over the top comments will be deleted.
3. Try to be as objective as possible along with considering the fact that you may not have cleaned your stove in years.
4. If you do not practice, at least, monthly cleaning then please don't bother leaving any feedback. Your comments are worthless.
