No heat from these pellets. The worse pellet I have burned in my 3 years of burning. Pellet length stops flow into the burn pot. They might burn better in other stoves but I would not recommend them for a Englander.

Burning left over ton from last year in an Englander 25-pdvc which is cleaned most every day.
These burn fine and have decent heat and they have yet to turn the glass black on my stove even after running 20 hours.
Ash is normal and fines and dust are minimal.

10x the ash and clinkers of Hamer Hot Ones. Don't bother with Old Dominion as there are lots of other brands that provide better heat output with much less ash & clinkers for the same money.

Bought these pellets at the end of the season and they are the worst pellet I have ever used. There was no consistency in the length of the pellets, there was a lot of pellet dust in every bag and there was a lot of ash. Had to clean my burn pot everyday. Will never buy these pellets again, instead I will spend the extra money and get Hamer Hot Ones that have almost no ash.

Seriously, folks...these pellets don't flame very well. Call it lazy flame. Bought from Tractor Supply; recommend other brands...

I have had a Whitfield Advantage Plus for > 5 years. I bought a ton of these pellets from the local Tractor Supply. These are the 2nd worst pellet I have bought over the years. Paid about the same price for Lignetics. I would not recommend these pellets. They do not produce the heat of a Lignetic or Hamer. They do produce a lot of dark ash. After buying them I fould that they are not a premium hardwood pellet. I think they have about 15% softwood(with the dark ash I am not sure if pine is used.)

I have a Harman Accentra Pellet Stove Insert. I've only had the stove two days now, and I only got these pellets because the stove came with a $200 coupon towards a ton of pellets, and the dealer I got the stove from recommended these pellets. They were $270 a ton instead of what seems to be the regular $220 per ton, around here at least. So far they seem great! I would definitely spend a little more to get these from now on.

New to pellet stoves, bought 2 heatalator and 2 ton for the old domin.pelletd. Had 8 bags that were totally ruined due to moisture and now I'm finding bags with a lot of broken pellets which made " pellet dust" When this drops into stove it doesn't burn well and the thermocouple does not see alot of flame and goes out. I nursed boths stove to get the stuff to cucle thru. I'll try to sift the pellets to try and save what I can. Won't buy again
