I have an Englander pellet stove. I bought the Lignetics Premium Quality pellets only to find that they are made out of soft wood material, thus giving such a dirty ash that clouds my glass with a tar that is very stubborn to get off. Englander pellet stoves need hardwood and not the soft wood pellets to keep the glass clean. Do you have any hardwood pellets?Report
