Been running a Harman P61 for 5 years heating an
open 2500 sq ft hse the stove is more than I could
ask for, a piece of engineering, however we had a
real shortage of pellets this winter , burned 3 tons
and had to settle for 15 bags of " cheat river " at
Lowes these are by far the worst I have ever used
ashes like I have never witnessed before !!!!
    I have used 15 - 20 different brands through 5
years and can say this with 100% certainty
Would like to have someone from this company
stop by & show I'll them what garbage they have
The bag says " low ash content " these people
are just plain greedy & I hope this letter
gets there attention, PEOPLE, DO NOT
    BUY THESE FOR ANY PRICE.................

Well, I was a little skeptical at first but something made me try these. After burning Okie Doug Firs it's hard to compare any pellet, but I gave it a shot. Boy was I surprised! Picked up a few bags at Lowes because they just got a huge delivery in. Did a full cleaning including vent pipe. What a clean burning pellet! I was shocked. These pellets I have to say actually burned cleaner in the pot than the Okies. Great heat, cleanest burn pot I have ever seen even after 12 bags running 24/7 at heat setting 3. The only downside is that they do generate about twice the ash of the okies. Maybe 2-1/2 times the ash. This is a nuisance, but for $4.18/bag compared to the $7.35/bag for Doug Fir I'll deal with it! Glass has also stayed as clean as the Doug Firs. So I ordered 4 tons and will store the remaining for next year. Jamestown J2000. Love it!

This pellets are HORRIBLE. My P68 front door blew off and my combustor is all carboned up. Not mention my heat converter won't convert anymore.
