We really like using New England pellets with our Accentra Harmon pellet stove. We had purchased from Blakeslee in Middletown, CT but they sold our 2 lbs. reserved while we were awaiting delivery. After this we switched to BT Pellets in Bristol CT. They are no longer selling your pellets this year so we had to switch back to Blakeslee. We ordered 2 lbs on 9/19 but here we are on 10/19 without pellets & cannot get thru to Blakeslee by phone. Do you have any reliable distributors here in CT??

Have been using New England wood pellets for about 9 years now with my Harman fireplace insert. I use about 4 ton a year. Ran out one time and had to purchase Maine's Best. was to much ash and did not like the way it burnt. E very year I order my 4 tons of pellets from Middleton Lumber in Dover N.H. and this year I received a call saying N.E pellets were not selling to smaller business only to big box stores. and could not supply me with any pellets. My order with them was in 3 weeks prior to the call. Had to scramble and find some . Had to settle with Maine pellets . Please tell me if and where I can find your pellets for next year.. Thank you.

I have used these pellets for three years now and they are constantly the highest quality pellets I have used. The highest heat output, lowest ash and always a good mix of long and short pellets.

Late in 2013 we ordered a ton of these pellets. They worked just fine so we bought another ton. And that's where things went downhill.

The amount of ash generated by the second batch was terrible. We were stunned to see the ash pan overflowing in just a few days. We also found we were going through pellets much more quickly.

We have a Harman stove installed in November and started off using pellets from Lowes. They worked fine, as did the first ton of NE pellets.

The difference between the first ton and the second was startling. There had to have been a change in suppliers or manufacturing. It was an amazing difference, and not for the better.

Something changed big time and I won't be using them again.

Been using these in my Vogelzang with NO problem. Not sure what the problem is here, although I see that people having problems are using the same few manufacturer stoves. Some here are saying they used NEWP's for YEARS with no problems, then they get a 'bad bag' and never use them again? Questionable. And the lack of BTU claims really don't make a lot of sense. Unless you're soaking them in water beforehand they're just wood pellets. You have to wonder about some of these reviews...
